The offshore division was established in end 2010 with the objective of venturing into the Offshore Oil and Gas sector. The offshore division currently operates a fleet of 17 OSVs, including 2 Maintenance Work Vessel (MWV) co-owned on a joint-venture basis, and is poised to grow further within the next 3-5 years.

Norshore Atlantic is a multi-purpose drilling vessel built at the Batam Shipyard in Indonesia by Otto Marine, a company based in Singapore. The vessel can work in both shallow and deep waters ranging from 70m to 3,000m in depth. Norshore Atlantic was delivered in March 2014 after successful sea trials.
Otto Marine is well known as a shipbuilding, repair and conversion and fabrication group, which focuses on offshore support vessels.
